Creamy Corn Potato Soup
●2-3
potatoes, diced
●1 can corn kernels
●1 onion, chopped
●2 clops garlic, minced
●1 cup chicken or veg broth
●1/2 cup milk or cream
● Salt and pepper to taste
● Optional: parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions:
1. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
2. Add potatoes and broth, simmer until tender.
3. Add corn kernels, simmer 5 mins.
4. Blend some or all of the soup for desired texture.
5. Stir in milk, season with salt and pepper.
6. Serve hot, garnish if desired.
